Job Title: Interim Program Director
Location: Fort Worth
Job Status: Interim role with intention of long-term support
Reports to: Board of Directors
Salary: $20 an hour, 15 hours a week
Main Areas of Responsibility:
The interim Program Director (IPD) will be responsible for implementation and coordination of programs and operations. IPD will work with the Board and partners to coordinate program details, broadcast schedules, and oversee services. Strategic planning, new partnerships, fundraising, sustaining relationships with current and prospective donors are also the IPD’s responsibility.
The IPD reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for carrying out plans and policies authorized by the Board.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Working with the Finn’s Place Board, including: coordination of agendas and oversight to subcommittees
Fundraising: provide continuity in revenue streams
Organizational partnerships and contractual commitments: current and new
Oversight of project development with partner nonprofits/educators and fees for service
Other Information/Requirements:
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with Finn’s Place programming preferred
Familiarity with DFW communities and educational institutions serving relevant communities.
Experience in developing partnerships and collaborations.
Experience with organizations serving youth preferred.
Some experience with Canva required
Availability on weekends
